This production line transports materials from right to left. Each process is linked by conveyor belts. The input end for loading is the raw material of drum brake pads. The output of the line is brake pads in finished form, which can be directly connected to the packaging line.

CNC outer arc grinding machine for brake pads

It is used for grinding the outer arc of drum brake pads, with two-axis numerical control interpolation. For equal-thickness and unequal-thickness pads, only the processing parameters need to be adjusted without changing the mechanical parts. The adjustment is fast, and one person can operate multiple machines.
