This machine has been granted an invention authorization by China. It is used for simultaneously edge grinding and inner (outer) limit line grinding of automotive drum brake pads. Its advantages lie in: 
The integrated grinding wheel structure ensures a more stable size after locking. The two grinding wheels can be adjusted independently. It is easy to use and highly efficient. When both grinding wheels are used simultaneously, the production capacity can reach over 8,000 pieces in 8 hours at high speed. One machine can meet the production needs of a medium-sized factory. 
Full-automatic loading and unloading, that is, 20-30 pieces of materials can be loaded onto the loading rack at one time, enabling automatic processing. 
2. High processing efficiency. It can process 5 to 18 pieces of products per minute (the hub speed can be adjusted). 
3. Symmetrical split hub design, easy to disassemble and assemble, allowing for quick replacement. The hub width ranges from 120mm to 225mm. 
4. During the processing, the brake pads are fully pressed by the steel belts throughout the process, ensuring full contact between the brake pads and the hub, resulting in excellent grinding effect. 
5. During the cutting process, an internal counter is installed. Five pieces are stacked together in one pile, making it convenient for counting and stacking. 
6. The grinding wheel is fully enclosed. There are two dust extraction ports on both the top and bottom, ensuring excellent dust removal performance. 
7. The edge grinding machines are classified as ABC types. Type A can grind both the inner and outer limit lines. Type B can only grind the inner or outer limit line. Type C is a high-end CNC model specially designed for automatic production lines. The grinding ranges of each type are slightly different.
