Main functions: 
The edge cutting, inner and outer limit line grinding of the automotive drum brake pads are adjustable in speed. Four grinding wheels operate simultaneously, completing both edge cutting and limit line grinding at the same time. The grinding wheels are adjusted using a dovetail cross-slide, and each side's grinding wheel is adjusted independently. Automatic loading and unloading is adopted. It is easy to use and highly efficient. At high speed, the daily output can reach over 10,000 pieces. One machine can meet the full production needs of a medium-sized factory. 
Main features: 
Full-automatic loading and unloading, that is, 20-30 pieces of materials can be loaded onto the loading rack at one time, enabling automatic processing. 
2. High processing efficiency. It can process 5 to 18 pieces of products per minute (the number of hub stop blocks is directly proportional to the processing efficiency). 
3. Two-piece hub, easy to assemble and disassemble, with a width ranging from 120mm to 240mm. 
4. Different arc-shaped brake pads allow for quick replacement of the wheel hub, enabling the production of brake pads with various arcs ranging from R142 to R245. 
5. The grinding wheel is of stepped design, enabling both edge grinding and limit line processing to be carried out simultaneously. 
6. During the processing, the brake pads are fully pressed by the steel bands throughout the process, ensuring full contact between the brake pads and the hub, resulting in excellent grinding and cutting effects. 
7. The grinding wheel is fully enclosed. There are dust collection devices on both the top and bottom, resulting in excellent dust collection performance.
