III. Main Features:
1.Two-axis computer control system, with high processing accuracy.
2. The hub can be disassembled and replaced easily and quickly. The replacement can be completed within 15 minutes.
3. The hub is driven by a servo motor and a high-precision planetary gear reducer, achieving automatic indexing and automatic rotation.
4. It can be ground into thin and thick sections, or into sections of equal thickness. For brake pads with the same inner arc, the wheel hub does not need to be replaced, and during the grinding process of thin and thick sections, the wheel hub does not require adjustment. The process will ensure it automatically.
5. The two-axis CNC system is used to precisely control the hub, the grinding wheel and the gap between the grinding wheel and the brake pad. The brake pad size can be compensated and adjusted through the program.
6. The grinding wheel is made using the sintered diamond process, featuring a large grinding capacity. The diameter of the grinding wheel ranges from 600mm to 800mm, with a high processing line speed and excellent surface quality.
7. The grinding wheel is equipped with a separate dust collection cover, and the dust collection efficiency is over 90%.
8. The automatic flipping and stacking mechanism of the grinding machine enables the brake pads to be neatly stacked.
9. The equipment is equipped with a fully enclosed outer cover to further prevent dust from entering. Dust extraction and collection devices have also been installed for greater environmental friendliness.
IV. Equipment Advantages:
The greatest advantage of this machine is that the hub does not need any adjustment. It can process both uniform-thickness and non-uniform-thickness pieces (T-shaped pieces). This is different from the traditional external arc grinding method, where non-uniform-thickness pieces are processed by adjusting the pads on the hub.

Just input the data such as the center angle, radius, and thickness of the brake pad, and the program can generate automatically. The saved program can be directly called for the next production. By offsetting the reference coordinate, the thickness size of the brake pad can be finely adjusted. Compared with the traditional mechanical external arc grinding machine, it has the advantages of convenient operation, high precision, and fast adjustment.
