Sampling Machine Introduction

I. Function and Scope of Application 
This machine is a professional experimental sampling device specially designed and manufactured for sampling brake pads. It can extract the required samples from a specific point on the brake pad, such as 25x25x6, 52x10x6, 84x52x6, 40x30x6, etc., and then perform grinding processing. Finally, it can obtain the samples that meet the precision requirements. This machine also has another function, which is to cut and separate the steel backing and friction plate of the brake pad disc before sampling, and then take samples according to the size requirements (at this time, a new fixture needs to be replaced). 
II. Functional Advantages of the Sampling Machine 
1. Precise sampling: This machine uses special tooling fixtures and a rotating table to enable the cutting of brake pad samples with the required length and width in a single setup. This eliminates the inefficiencies, large calibration errors, and poor dimensional accuracy issues that arise from multiple setups during the sampling process. 
2. Simple operation: A high-precision (measurement accuracy of 0.01mm) digital scale is used to ensure precise sample dimensions. During the sampling process, no manual measurement is required; only accurate reading is needed. This eliminates the hassle of using a vernier caliper for measurement and the errors caused by manual measurement. 
3. High Safety: The device adopts a fully enclosed structure to ensure the safety of operators. The front door is closed during sampling, and the operation is conducted in a sealed environment. Personnel stay away from the cutting blades and grinding wheels. Compared with traditional manual sampling machines, this device poses no safety risks to operators. 
4. Dust-free Design: Equipped with a dust collection device, it does not require an external dust collection equipment. This helps reduce the usage cost and ensures no pollution to the environment and no health hazards to the operators. 
5. Compact structure: Due to the all-in-one design of this machine, it does not have any special requirements for the installation site. The installation and movement are both convenient.
