This machine is constructed with steel plates and cast iron, featuring excellent stability and no vibration.
The bed frame is made by welding 25mm thick and 12mm thick steel plates together. It has reinforcing ribs inside, ensuring stability and preventing deformation.
2. The guide rail is made of integral wear-resistant material Cr12mov with a quenched hardness of HRC 60. It has high hardness and is not prone to wear. The guide strip and cover plate are pressed together in a press-fit manner, providing excellent guidance and high precision.
3. The film feeding method is of cylinder pressure wheel type, which is easy to adjust and ensures uniform film feeding.
4. This equipment can complete edge grinding, inner arc grinding (with the option of adding chamfering function), and packaging in one operation. The inner arc processing accuracy is within 10 mils, and the edge grinding and chamfering accuracy is within ±20 mils.
5. Work efficiency: 3,000 - 5,000 pieces per 8 hours.
