Function: It is used for trimming the edges of drum brake pads and grinding the inner arc. The clamping method is that after the brake pads are clamped, they move along with the tooling. During the processing, the brake pads do not move relative to the tooling, ensuring high processing accuracy.
Advantages: Adopting a sliding table structure, as the processing movement method for drum-type plates in the inner arc grinding machine, it represents a brand-new production technology for grinding the inner arc, edge grinding, and chamfering of drum-type brake pads.
The new model has the following characteristics:
(1) The fixture is moved smoothly along the guide rail by means of a ball screw, and the speed can be adjusted.
(2) By using the accompanying fixture and positioning plate to adjust the position of the workpiece, the workpiece moves along the guide rail while the brake pads remain in a relatively stationary state. This not only ensures accuracy but also reduces the cost of the fixture, shortens the adjustment time, and is more convenient compared to the traditional method of replacing the grinding chamber.
