Product Details
Function: It is used for fully automatic drilling of drum brake pads. It features dual wheel hubs, two structural options (ten-axis and twelve-axis), and can process four holes simultaneously at one time.
Advantage: Similar to the structure and features of the vertical five-axis fully automatic CNC drilling machine, the operation method is the same. However, the double-spoke drilling machine shares one loading mechanism, and its working efficiency is approximately equivalent to that of two five-axis drilling machines or two six-axis drilling machines.
This design greatly enhances productivity and precision while reducing labor intensity. It ensures stable drilling accuracy, smooth operation, and high consistency, making it ideal for large-scale brake pad manufacturing.
