De Yi Zhi Drum Brake Pad CNC Drilling Machine (Vertical) for Automobiles 
The ZK5201×2-DYZ CNC drilling machine for drum brake pads is an intelligent, automated and dust-free drilling equipment independently developed by De Yi Zhi Company. It has successfully solved the long-standing problems of high labor intensity and high pollution in the production process of drum brake pads, and changed the existing production mode of brake pad drilling. It has now been supplied to more than 100 domestic drum brake pad manufacturers and has been warmly welcomed by customers. After the customer customizes this equipment from our company, we are responsible for design and manufacture, installation and commissioning, training and after-sales service. 
I. Equipment Usage 
It is used for drilling processing of the brake pads of the buyer's drum brakes (processing parameters and range are shown in the table below).

Functional advantages

High intelligent efficiency 
Intelligence: The drilling machine adopts a computer control system. After personalized program settings are made according to the specifications of the customer's products, production can be initiated by simply clicking the program start button. The operation is simple and it features flexible, convenient, fast and automatic performance. During operation, it automatically indexes, rotates, drills, feeds materials, discharges materials and collects materials, while displaying the processing status in real time. Meanwhile, the drilling machine is easy to clamp and is not restricted by angles or dimensions. Installation, debugging and maintenance are flexible and convenient. 
② High efficiency: In traditional brake pad production, workers have to keep working non-stop to manually load, drill, unload and stack the brake pads, which is very labor-intensive and only strong workers can handle this job. Our company's drilling machine, once the program is set, can run automatically. Workers only need to help with loading materials. The machine will automatically drill and unload the brake pads, and then workers just need to pack them. Even a female worker can easily complete the task. Traditionally, one person operates one machine to produce 500 to 4,800 brake pads. With our company's drilling machine, one person can take care of 3 to 4 machines. The daily output (8 hours) can reach 1,500 to 38,000 brake pads (the output depends on the number of holes in the brake pads and the combination of materials). Workers' labor intensity is greatly reduced, and the efficiency is more than three times higher under the same conditions. 
③ High product accuracy and quality: The traditional method of drilling brake pads mainly relies on manual drilling machines, resulting in very poor accuracy of the drilled brake pads, only reaching 0.15 to 0.30mm, with a scrap rate as high as 3%. In contrast, our company's CNC brake pad drilling machine adopts an automated production method with CNC system coordinate positioning, achieving high-precision brake pads with an accuracy of 0.05 to 0.15mm, and a scrap rate of only 3‰, reducing the defective rate by 10 times. 
④ A wide range of processable products: We can drill various types of drum brake pads with a width of 225mm, a radius of 142 to 245mm, and a hole diameter of 10.5 to 23.5mm. For products beyond this range, our company can customize special drilling machines according to individual needs. Meanwhile, the module quick-change method enables the production of different products by simply replacing the corresponding drilling module, unlike manual or semi-automatic drilling machines where changing products requires replacing the wheel hub or the machine itself, thus significantly saving time. 
Energy conservation and environmental protection 
Environmental protection: When traditional drum brake pads are drilled, the friction material debris flies everywhere, filling the entire workshop with fine particles that can penetrate everywhere. This not only pollutes the air but also poses a threat to the health of employees. If employees work in such an environment for a long time, they are prone to occupational diseases. Our company's CNC drilling machine is equipped with a secondary dust removal system, with a dust removal rate of 95%. The dust generated during drilling can be sucked away and collected through the dust collection system, and then compressed into sheets for reuse after being concentrated.

This machine tool uses the 9650 five-axis CNC system from Shenzhen Science and Technology Zhongwei Xing (Note: The system parameters have been pre-adjusted before leaving the factory. If no additional processing procedures for other products are added, please do not modify the system parameters at will). The CNC panel is as follows (taking the Zhongwei Xing panel as an example):

IV. Working Modes of CNC Drilling Machine  As shown in the figure:

Quickly replaceable hub drilling workbench and various types of tire drills 
After setting up the processing program in the numerical control system (or retrieving the processing program stored in the system), press the start button on the system panel, and the system will start working automatically: 
The B-axis automatic rotating worktable moves to the loading position. The loading cylinder then pushes out one piece of the brake pads from the hopper and positions them on the drilling worktable for a second time. 
2. The piston of the pressurizing cylinder retracts, pulling the steel belt tight and securing the brake pad firmly on the workbench. 
3. The drill bit descends along the pre-designed path (with the B-axis rotating inward simultaneously) and according to the parameters such as the hole diameter, hole depth, hole spacing, and hole bottom thickness, to perform drilling (the dust extraction mechanism removes the debris generated during the drilling process simultaneously). 
4. After the drilling is completed (with the B-axis simultaneously rotating the worktable to the cutting position), the piston of the clamping cylinder extends, and the steel strip is released. 
5. The cutting cylinder pushes the brake pads with drilled holes down onto the workbench. The brake pads then slide out of the slot and onto the flipping mechanism. 
6. The reversing device in the aggregate hopper will flip the brake pads upright. Once several pads are arranged in rows, they will be moved and removed by hand and then packed (or connected to the production line to proceed to the next processing step). 
7. Repeat the above procedure to carry out continuous drilling operations.

VII. Main Explanation 
1. The equipment meets or complies with the relevant industry standards or the standards mutually agreed upon by both parties. 
2. The equipment must meet the commitments made by the supplier in the relevant documents (including quotation documents, product specifications, technical documents, correspondence, etc.). 
3. All the equipment is packaged by the manufacturer and at the place of origin, and the packaging complies with relevant standards. 
4. Excellent equipment reliability: It has sufficient strength and rigidity, high precision and accuracy, good maintainability, durable components, reliable execution functions, reliable operation, and reliable safety protection, etc. 
5. The equipment system is well-designed. VIII. Installation, Adjustment and Acceptance Inspection 
The installation and adjustment of the equipment shall be the responsibility of the supplier. The buyer shall provide reasonable and necessary cooperation under the guidance of the supplier. The supplier shall arrive at the buyer's site within 3 working days after receiving the installation and adjustment notice from the buyer to carry out the installation and adjustment work. After the equipment installation and adjustment, it should be officially put into production and produce qualified products. The acceptance standards are as follows (for foreign customers, the supplier's factory should be installed and tested before delivery). :

Before the equipment leaves the factory, its appearance, color (including key components, etc.) should be inspected; at the same time, the overall performance, program control, working efficiency and accuracy of the equipment should also be tested. The parameters should be verified in accordance with the technical documents to ensure that the equipment can meet its intended functions and there should be no abnormal sounds, vibrations, leakage of electricity, oil or gas.

IX. Operation and Maintenance Training 
1. After the contract takes effect, the supplier will provide relevant technical materials. The contents of these materials include: user manual or equipment maintenance and repair guidelines. 
2. The supplier will provide free 2-day operation and maintenance training and assessment for the designated personnel of the demander. The training and assessment will mainly be conducted on-site (which can be carried out concurrently with installation and commissioning), so that the designated personnel of the demander can understand the principles and structure of the equipment, master the operation and maintenance essentials, and possess the ability to correctly operate, program, maintain, and handle common equipment failures. If the training duration exceeds this period, the expenses incurred during the training should be borne by the demander. 
3. Foreign customers are not responsible for the free training. 
X. After-sales/Maintenance Services 
1. During the warranty period (counting from the date of both parties' acceptance and qualification), if there is any equipment failure, the supplier shall be responsible for free repair in accordance with the contract provisions. For those requiring replacement of components, the supplier shall provide the corresponding parts (the parts are divided into wearables, low-value electrical components with a 3-month warranty, and main electrical and main structural components with a 1-year warranty) in accordance with the contract terms. 
2. In the following circumstances, the supplier will charge a certain fee. 
Replacement of low-value consumables; 
(2) Accessories that have exceeded the warranty period (such as low-value electrical components with a 3-month warranty period, etc.). 
(3) If the faults are caused by improper operation by the demand-side personnel or by their own modification of the fixed value parameters, the responsibility shall be borne by the demand side. The supplier will charge for spare parts, transportation and accommodation expenses for personnel, and labor costs. 
(4) Mechanical damage caused by force majeure, or mechanical damage resulting from unstable voltage (or exceeding 380V + 15%). 
3. The supplier is responsible for providing lifetime maintenance services. 
4. Foreign customers are not provided with warranty and free repair services, but they can hire a paid maintenance service. 
XI. Other Matters
